He was an Army physician trying to outrun his ghosts when the Red Eye plague ended the world. Trey Ocean fled the collapse with his family aboard their catamaran and lost his wife, Karon, along the way. He stood beside Captain Picket as a lawless Annapolis settlement became a nation. Twenty years later, the grey-mustached President of the United States of Earth sits beneath the framed Constitution he helped build. The Chaos Beings have come to Earth, and they're hunting him first.
